The Protagonist Of My Life Sunday June 28, 2020

Pastor James Corrales preaches to us: The Protagonist of My Life. It is important to know that the author is ever present, and just like that a story has a plot, characters, antagonists, a goal, and above all a protagonist. And the protagonist of this church has a name, he is also the protagonist of your life and of the word. His name is Jesus. If life has a name, if the path is outlined by him, it is worth giving him the helm so that he is in control. Your life may seem to be adrift, but I invite you to give him control. Jesus Christ is the fountain of truth, if he said so he will fulfill his purpose. Today the preaching is based on the passage from Luke 24 from verse 13. Was it not necessary for Christ to suffer on Calvary? And in this passage you can see how Jesus himself tells the characters how he is the protagonist throughout all of scripture, from Genesis to Revelation. He is the head of the body that is the church, Jesus Christ is the protagonist, and he spoke about what the prophets had said about him, in what can be described as the best message, the best teaching, the best preaching that could exist, on a road of that was about seven miles long. He tells us, that I am the protagonist of your life. He has given us the opportunity to believe him. And in the end they recognized him when they reached their destination and they said to one another, “Didn’t our hearts burn when he spoke to us, while he opened the scriptures to us?” Open your mind to the scriptures and believe, for Jesus Christ brings you life in the bread that is broken today.
